The condensation system of this fully continuous tire pyrolysis plant consists of three condenser stages: a buffer tank, three condensation chambers, and three shell-and-tube condensers. The total cooling area reaches 90 square meters, ensuring sufficient condensation of the oil and gas produced by waste tyre pyrolysis process, increasing the tire oil yield and ultimately boosting the economic efficiency of the Chinese client's waste tire recycling pyrolysis project.
