1.Tire crusher
A tire crusher can crush waste tires into small pieces. Before feeding waste tires into pyrolysis reactor, you need to use tire crusher to pretreat waste tires, so that they can be pyrolyzed fully and get high oil yield.

2.Auto-feeder
Auto-feeder is a long sealed screw conveyor, which can transport waste tire pieces into pyrolysis reactor automatically. Because the feeding process is sealed, it is safer and does not pollute the environment.
3.Pyrolysis reactor
The reactor is the main part of fully automatic continuous waste tire to oil plant, where the waste tires are processed. We have designed the structure of the reactor is 360 degree rotation, which makes the reactor heated evenly. This special design prolongs the service life of the reactor and improves the pyrolysis speed.

4.Condenser
The condenser is used to cool the oil gas produced by pyrolysis into liquid oil. Compared to ordinary condensers, we have designed a three-step condensing system that uses a combination of vertical and horizontal condensers, with a large cooling area and good cooling effect, which greatly increases oil delivery rates. It is easy to maintain, and customers do not need frequent cleaning. At the same time, the cooling water is not in direct contact with the oil which can be recycled, so it is environmentally friendly.
5.Carbon black discharging device
Similar to the auto-feeder, carbon black discharging device is also a series of sealed screw conveyors that automatically discharge the slag, saving labor costs.
6.Tail gas cleaning and odor removal system
Tail gas is composed mainly of combustible gases and hydrogen sulfide which is the residue of pyrolysis and condensation. After treatment with tail gas cleaning and odor removal system, the tail gas can be recycled to the furnace to heat the reactor.
7.Flue gas cleaning system
Our flue gas cleaning system consists of three layers: water dust scrubber, plus dust collector and desulfurization & purification tower. Through these three steps, the exhaust gases from fuel combustion can meet local environmental protection standards, ensuring pollution-free production.
