The appearance of non-condensable gases treatment system
The exhaust gas, also known as non-condensable gas, comes from C1-C4, mainly methane, followed by a small amount of hydrogen sulfide gas. It is well known that hydrogen sulfide gas is a toxic gas, which produces odor and toxic gas sulfur dioxide during combustion. After analyzing the composition of the exhaust gas, we learned that the main gas is still combustible methane. In order to consider environmental protection and energy saving, we have a special system to burn the exhaust gas in the furnace of the cycler. At the same time, in order not to cause secondary pollution of hydrogen sulfide in the combustion process, we have added a set of professional hydrogen sulfide removal device during the exhaust gas return to the furnace for combustion. Remove the hydrogen sulfide in the tail gas, leaving only clean and combustible methane gas. This avoids secondary pollution during the combustion process of the recovered exhaust gas.
