In August 2025, DOING achieved successful cooperation with an Indian client. The client purchased 2 sets of 15 TPD batch XLPE plastic pyrolysis plant, aiming to process XLPE plastic waste and realize profitable resource recycling.

This Indian customer has been in the waste recycling industry for a long time, mainly recycling waste plastics for profit. During their operations, one of the main challenges they faced was how to process cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) plastic. While searching for solutions online, they came across successful case studies of DOING plastic pyrolysis plant and sent us an inquiry.

During discussions with our business manager, the Indian customer emphasized two core factors: plant quality and stable operating time, as these factors directly impact the long-term profitability and operational efficiency of the project. After careful consideration, we recommended a rear slag removal system for the pyrolysis process. This system ensures that once the pyrolysis is complete, the carbon black can cool down and be easily transported via a screw conveyor directly into bulk bags, streamlining their operation.

The on-site inspection fully demonstrated DOING solid factory strength, mature production technology, and reliable product quality. The client expressed high recognition of DOING capabilities. Upon returning to India in August 2025, the client wasted no time in finalizing the cooperation and placing the order for 2 sets of 15TPD batch XLPE plastic pyrolysis plant.
