During the continuous pyrolysis process, reactor heating is by indirect hot air heating, which will not damage reactor so much, thus to keep long usage life of the reactors. And since the hard steel wire already removed from waste tires before pyrolysis processs, thus no damage for the reactor.

What's the difference fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant and batch waste tire pyrolysis plant?

Fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant
Fully continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant, you should feed material on one side and remove the carbon continuously by the other side. When the temperature reaches 250-280°, we can get the crude oil and the oil steam will be produced continuous until the temperature reaches 300-400°C. Feed five tons raw material, oil output ends after about five hours. Repeat the above process, and slag will keep coming out for two hours without any labor force. Then you can start over, one day’ work is finished until slag completely come out.
Batch waste tire pyrolysis plant
By this batch type of waste tire pyrolysis plant, workers should fill the raw material, for example, the waste tire, plastic with a batch of raw material and take the process, and then after cooling down and removal of the carbon, the next process will happen. Batch pyrolysis plant is able to process 10 tons raw material one day. It needs feeding time for one and a half hour, processing time for eight to nine hours, cooling time for five to six hour, and slagging out time for two hours. In this process, the steel wire should be pulled out by people. It is more traditional, so it is cheap enough for people who haven’t prepared enough fund for this project.
