Good news! On April 4, 2024, a Chinese customer ordered a set of 15TPD coal tar oil sludge pyrolysis plant from DOING. This machine can dispose of coal tar oil sludge to fuel oil, which can be used in some heavy oil machines, such as cement plants, steel plants, glass plant, boiler heating, heavy oil generators, etc.

Applications of obtained fuel oil

Unlike the common pyrolysis plant, considering the special characteristics of coal tar oil sludge, DOING coal tar oil sludge pyrolysis plant adopts stainless steel to manufacture the inner tank of the pyrolysis reactor, which has better corrosion resistance. The inner wall is specially equipped with a decoking device to prevent wall sticking and coking.
