The reactor produced from China is mainly a fixed structure. It is difficult to slag the carbon black, besides, the carbon black can not be slagged thoroughly. However, the slagging system of our special design reactor is automatically. High speed and slagging thoroughly.
Environmental protection system
Smoke: Our dedusting system has a more complicated and scientific design than others in order to remove the dust and sulfur. Add Cao into the circulating water and use high-pressure hydraulic pump to press this water into high pressure nozzle(also can be called Spray Scrubber) which can first atomize the water, then reactor with SO2 while, at the same time, absorb the dust in the smoke. After the process of our dust removal system, the color of the smoke is white, which means our machine can reach the international purification standard and will not cause pollution on the environment. We have done the EPA and SGS test.
Carbon black: After the pyrolysis process of waste plastic, it will produce some waste residue which the weight is nearly 5-10% of the plastic. And the main component is carbon black which can be materials for producing industrial carbon black or mixed with coal ash to make flyash brick.
Waste water: In the whole pyrolysis process, only condensers and cooling devices need circulating water to cool the system. The water sealing devices will produce little waste water, which can be processed in the flue heat system.
Exhaust recycling system
In the process of pyrolysis, some combustible gas can not be converted into oil liquid in normal temperature and pressure. If release this gas directly, that may cause air pollution problems. We have designed a kind of tail gas recycling burners that can solve this problems very well. The tail gas gets through the water sealing device that is a fire-prevent protection procedure, and then is leaded into the furnace for heating the bottom of reactor again. This can protect the environment and save the energy fuel.
