Firstly, make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min, put raw material into reactor, close feeding door.

  • Waste plastic feeding requirements:Before feeding, it is best to keep the waste plastic dry to reduce energy consumption and speed up pyrolysis efficiency. If you adopt the semi-continuous or fully continuous type waste plastic pyrolysis plant, the plastic waste needs to be shredded into small pieces or pellets, enhancing surface area exposure to heat.

Secondly, burn the fuel materials(coal, or wood, or natural gas, oil )in the furnace. Waste plastic pyrolysis plant reactor will be slowly heated. When the temperature reaches around 180°C, oil gas will come out. Then go to the cooling system and liquid to oil.

Some un-condensable gas which can't cool down will lead to furnace through a gas pipe. It will be used to heat pyrolysis reactor. This can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours, mainly using gas, little energy is OK.

After pyrolysis, all the oil gas comes out from plastic oil pyrolysis reactor, the temperature will fall. Then make it rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begins.
