1. Raw material preparation

Biomass needs to be pre-treated. First, it must be dried to a moisture content of less than 20%, with an optimal moisture content of 15%. Then, the DOING machine crushes it to particles below 30 mm to ensure uniform heating during pyrolysis.

2. Entering the pyrolysis reactor

After the biomass is pretreated, it enters the oxygen-free pyrolysis reactor of the DOING through an automatic conveyor belt. As the biomass is gradually heated, it goes through two stages. During the 200-400°C preheating stage, the biomass will volatilize water and some volatile compounds will begin to escape. When the temperature rises to 400-600 °C, the main pyrolysis reaction begins, and the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the biomass will decompose. In addition, the DOING machine is equipped with an advanced temperature control system, and the operator can accurately set the temperature according to the type of biomass and the desired end product.

3.Syngas recovery

The syngas is guided to the combustion chamber for combustion, providing heat for the pyrolysis process, making the process more sustainable and cost-effective. 4. Waste gas treatment

The waste gas treatment system of the biochar pyrolysis equipment adopts the triple purification technology of "adsorption + combustion + washing": the honeycomb activated carbon first absorbs more than 95% of the harmful gases, and the catalytic combustion device then decomposes the residual waste gas at high temperature, and finally it is thoroughly cleaned by alkaline desulfurization and pulse dust removal. The whole set of industrial-grade equipment is equipped with a sealed design to ensure that the waste gas treatment is both efficient and environmentally friendly.

5. Biochar collection and post-processing

After pyrolysis, the biochar is discharged from the pyrolysis chamber. First, the biochar will pass through a circulating water cooling device to prevent it from spontaneous combustion. After cooling, the biochar can be further processed and pressed into various shapes you want using a biochar compressor to improve its usability.
