Jamal is the third tire recycling pyrolysis plant customer of us in the Caribbean area after our customers from Haiti and Jamaica, but he is the first one who placed the order without visiting China to check our factory and our tire recycling pyrolysis plant. The photo is taken in one hotel of Mexico in February 2014 when our boss John flied to visit Mexico 10sets project as customer victor’s invitation. In fact, Jamal was going to visit us in February, but finally he canceled his China visit and chose to visit our boss in Mexico.
His waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant was nstalled in August 2014 and running well since then.

The second product of waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant is carbon black. The quantity of carbon black is about 30% to 35% according to tyre quality. The use of carbon black is as a chemical strengthener in rubber and coloring agent in pigment industries. This carbon black price is very competitive compared to petroleum carbon black, so our pyrolysis carbon black is good option in stead of petroleum carbon black.
Steel Wire Scrape(12% to 15%)
The third product of waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant is steel wire, the quantity of steel wire is about 10% to 15% according to tyre quality. It is very easy to sell steel wire scrape in local market.
Pyrolytic Gases (About 10%)
We get about 10% pyrolytic gases during pyrolysis process. The main component of this gases are methane (CH4), so we can not condense and store this gases. We use this gases to heat the reactor and we can use exceed gases for other heating application.
