The United Nations estimates that four-fifths of the world’s oceans’ accumulated waste is plastic accounts. We need to stop using plastic to contaminate our oceans before too late and start collecting all the plastics that are suitable for this new, fairly simple technology that is now available. Conversion of waste plastic to fuel oil working process
1. The collected plastic waste is fed into the reactor through an automatic feeder and heat-treated.
2. When the temperature rises to about 200 degrees, oil gas would come out from the machine.
3. After the initial buffering of the oil and gas in the buffer tank, the oil and gas enters the condensing system and is liquefied into heavy oil and falls into the oil tank.
4. The carbon black produced during the combustion process is automatically discharged through the underground sealing channel when the reactor is cooled to below 40 degrees to avoid secondary pollution to the environment.
