While the machine manufactured by other suppliers is simple in structure, and customers have to do much extra work before the installation. For example, the cooling device of some machine is only a big pond with several pipes which will be the extra cost of customers. In contrast, we supply complete cooling device—3 to 5 condensers according to machine capacity and there are 57 smaller pipes with the diameter 48mm each inside the condenser, which means the cooling area of each condenser is 13m2. Take capacity 10ton plant for an example, there are 5 condensers for 10ton plant, so the total cooling area can reach 65m2.

Besides, our dedusting system also has a more complicated and scientific design than others in order to remove the dust and sulfur. Add CaO into the circulating water and use high-pressure hydraulic pump to press this water into high pressure nozzle (also can be called Spray Scrubber) which can first atomize the water, then react with SO2 while, at the same time, absorb the dust in the smoke. After the process of our dedusting system, the color of the smoke is white, which means our machine can reach the international purification standard and will not cause pollution on environment.{the water mixed with CaO is circulating, so, no need to drain but just add it with its evaporating. Chemical equation: Cao + H2O→Ca(OH)2; SO2+Ca (OH)2=CaSO3+H2O }
