DOING is a leading manufacturer and supplier of commercial pyrolysis plants with a wide range of capacities to meet various demands of customers. DOING can supply three types of commercial pyrolysis plants: continuous type, semi-continuous type, and batch type commercial pyrolysis plants. Each type has its own unique advantages and capacities.
1. Continuous commercial pyrolysis plant
Continuous commercial pyrolysis plants are designed for large-scale processing and with the capacities ranging from 20 tons to 50 tons or more. For continuous commercial pyrolysis plants, the tyres, rubber, and plastic should be as clean as possible. The raw materials should be shredded, and the tyres should be crushed into 5mm rubber powder while removing all steel wires in order to make sure of the smooth feeding and discharging and uninterrupted operation.
