This customer is from India, but is an engineer in offshore oil and gas drilling engineering in Singapore. In the oil and gas industry, has a very rich experience. Now he want to start his own business, he has a waste tire oil deep processing business in India, and he has learned about many manufacturers' tyre oil to diesel plant.
