At the end of July 2024, the overseas engineering team of Henan Doing Group sent on-site picture feedback: a set of 50-ton fully continuous pyrolysis for recycling waste rubber tire into fuel oil is being installed, installed, debugged and overall tested in the United States.

The combustible exhaust gas is reused as a heat source for heating pyrolysis plant reactor. The entire waste rubber tire oil pyrolysis production line saves energy and can realize the continuous, intelligent and harmless treatment and recycling of waste rubber tires.

• External insulation shell upgrade: DOING has upgraded the external insulation shell of the equipment to ensure that the temperature of the external insulation shell is appropriate during the tire pyrolysis process, improving the safety and operation convenience of the equipment.
